Two dead in vehicle crash near Tete Jaune

Two people are dead after a two-vehicle collision on Highway 5 near Tete Jaune.
The crash was reported to Valemount RCMP at 7:37 a.m. Monday morning.
Police say the investigation into the crash is in its early stages with no further information available as of 11 a.m. Monday.
More details may be released as they become available, according to RCMP media relations officer Madonna Saunderson.
The highway was closed in both directions from Jackman Flats Road to Tete Jaune Access Road for over 11 hours, reopening to all traffic just after 7 p.m. on Monday.
