Following the tournament, longtime curling club volunteer Len McCarty was recognized for his years of service. He started helping for the first bonspiel in 1969 and thinks he has only missed three in the 55 years since. McCarty’s daughter Trish Street was on hand to help celebrate her father’s contribution. /JESSICA ARNOLD
