The McBride Legion invites residents to march in the parade at 10:30 a.m. from the Legion Hall to the cenotaph at Steve Kolida park. The remembrance service will then be held at 11 a.m., followed by a Remembrance Day Luncheon 12 p.m. at the branch, located at 805 4th
Avenue. Roast Beef Dinner 12:00 p.m by donation prepared by Beanery 2.
Socialize with old friends and make new ones. Everyone Welcome.
Valemount
On Remembrance Day, the Valemount Legion will host an outdoor ceremony starting at 10:30 a.m. at the community cenotaph before moving inside for refreshments.
Blue River
For Remembrance Day, the Blue River Legion will host a ceremony at the hall. Assemble at 10:45, service at 11:00. Following the ceremony will be a luncheon and fellowship at the hall.
The lounge opens at noon or shortly thereafter.
