The junior team dressed and warmed up with the seniors, and provided cheer, moral support and water top-ups. The teams have frequently practiced and travelled together creating a good team bond between players.

The McBride Sr Boys Basketball team hosted the first annual Jediah Rich Classic Tournament on Feb 10 & 11. Rich played Mustang basketball throughout his high school years and passed away only a year after graduation in June 2021. His parents, Joseph and Tanya attended games over the weekend and presented McBride Captain, Nathan Savarella with the first place trophy following a 75-34 victory over Northside.
