The McBride and District Fire Department has finally installed a flag pole next to the hall. Previously, there was the need for a windsock as WorkSafe required one due to the ammonia used at the arena. With the new system in place and operational at the arena, the department was finally able to swap out the rusty old windsock pole with a shiny new pole and Canadian flag. /ANDREA ARNOLD
