On the morning of Friday May 27, 2022, a group of volunteers loaded 505 square bales of hay into a box van. The bales, donated by a Robson Valley resident, are headed to an Indigenous community near Merritt. The hope is that this gift will help ease some of the stress felt by many in that community after flooding late last year took many acres of crop-bearing land. /ANDREA ARNOLD
