DriveBC is reporting that Hwy 16 will be closed this afternoon to all traffic in order to conduct avalanche control activity.
The avalanche work is planned between 1pm and 5pm between Hargreaves Rd and Red Pass Townsite Rd for 16.4 km (roughly from the Mt. Robson Visitor Centre to Moose Lake).
