The road to 6km on McBride Peak has re-opened. Work to install culverts and repair the major sluff just below the halfway viewpoint is complete. Kim Reurink, Engineering Technologist with the Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development, cautions that in rainy wet weather, extra caution needs to be taken as the surface may be extra slippery at this time.
