Horseshoe Lake Ventures Supply Solutions has opened the doors of their new store on Main Street in McBride.
Monday, July 5, 2021 was the first day at the new location providing customers with much of the same inventory selection they previously had at the shop on Mountainview.
The new store, located across from the elementary school, will focus on agricultural supplies, farm supply items, feed and pet food, lubricants and filters, hydraulic hose and fittings. They also carry welding supplies and a selection of auto as well as small engine parts.
Owner Justin Martin also purchased the lots next to the building. They plan on constructing a six foot wooden fence complete with a sheltered bench along the sidewalk. Behind the fence they will store larger inventory items, feed, fencing and other outdoor products.
As the transition to the in-town store is proceeding, the shop out on Mountainview is transitioning to an industrial focus. “We will still be doing tire and oil changes,” said Martin, “But our focus will be on agricultural equipment.”
The store is open 8-5 Monday – Friday and can be reached using the same phone number as before, 250-569-0075.
The staff will be hosting an open house throughout the day on Friday, July 16, 2021. Beverages and snacks will be served from 10-4 as customers check out the new set-up.
