McBride’s CAO is leaving the Village of McBride.
A Village of McBride press release Aug. 24th advised the community that McCutcheon was leaving to pursue “new and emerging opportunities” and Sept 8th, 2020 would be her last day.
McCutcheon worked for the Village for two and a half years, since the spring of 2018.
Prior to that she was Vanderhoof’s Chief Financial Officer and held the same post previously in Mackenzie.
In the release, McCutcheon thanks the Village’s Mayor, Council, Staff and community for the opportunity to serve the municipality.
The Village press release says over the next few weeks, McCutcheon will be training the new Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Officer, David AIderdice, as well as the new Public Works Operations Manager, John Peterson.
She will also provide “much needed transition services” while the Village recruits a new CAO.
The press release says Council appreciates her many contributions and service delivery over the last two and a half years and wishes her well in future endeavours.
