For many male wild animals finding the “Love of your Life” and keeping it is two very different challenges. Here a giant of a boar grizzly ( who dwarfs the female ) has taken over the courting of the same sow grizzly that a smaller male had been with earlier. The female won’t allow the mating to take place until she comes into estrus. After a few days of being together they will go their separate ways with the male grizzly travelling his vast territory in search of another receptive female. /LEON LORENZ Related Posts:This week in photos: Sept 5th 2019Grizzly love story?LETTER: The uneven keel of politicsCall for public input on grizzly stewardshipWant to attend a Christmas service?
