Valemount RCMP are seeing a sharp spike in property crime over the last week in the Valemount and Tete Jaune Cache area. To deter this activity, please lock your vehicle at night and remove all valuables from them. Do not keep any valuables unsecured on your property, for example bikes, tools or sports equipment. Watch for suspicious activity near your and your neighbours property. Consider the use of built in camera systems, wifi cameras or game cameras on rural properties.
