The 2018-2019 Governor General’s Academic Medal was presented to Jael Reimer by McBride Secondary School Principal Dan Kenkel and teacher Jennifer L’Arrivee on October 11, 2019. The medal is awarded for academic excellence to the student who achieves the highest average upon graduating from academic program. Reimer is attending the University of Northern British Columbia working towards a career in Health Sciences. /ANDREA ARNOLD
