Acting Mayor Rosemary Hruby cuts the ribbon on a brand new water intake project. Former councillors Rick Thompson and Harold Edwards hold the ribbon, while head of public works, Matt Slaney, David Franzmann, councillor Diane Smith, Glen Frear and councillor Lucille Green look on.
