These seniors have been recognized for their enormous contributions to the Valemount Seniors Club at their recent Annual General Meeting last week. Helen Harman have been a part of the club for 34 years, Rich and Norah Meyer for 24. The club changed their name, made some adjustments to their constitution and also elected a new executive. New directors are John Grogan, Jane Shaw, and Sandra Hudson. The new president is Marie Birkbeck, Vice President Joan Nordli, Secretary Doug Hubert and Treasurer Ellen Duncan. The club also has plans to provide lifetime memberships to a host of members in the spring. /ANDRU MCCRACKEN
