Rita Rewerts sorts through mail in the midst of the Canoe Valley Community Association’s office at the Valemount Lions Hall. The association has just completed renovations that will allow it to offer after-school care. They will soon offer cooking classes as well as swimming lessons and coordinate family swim times.
