This year’s Big 4 Canoe Mountain Rodeo included a surprise event when a dog escaped his owner’s grasp and charged a bull in the ring (see above). The small dog narrowly missed being trounced and after a few seconds returned to its owner unharmed (see our website for the VCTV video). Left: Tristan Brackman of Barriere holds on tight. It was painted from an image of Liz Haan when she graduated as a registered nurse from Catsfield, Sussex, England. “I included the tudor rose at the request of family as it shows her origins (England) as well as her love for flowers,†said Foster. After some visiting and music by the Fiddlesticks group there were speeches, treats to share and the garden was dedicated to Liz Haan for her work at the hospital. /SHEILAGH FOSTER & HISTORICAL Valemount’s interim CAO Doug Fleming A view of Berg Lake / RUBY HOGG Related Posts:This week in photos: Dec 19th 2019This week in photos: September 19thThis week in photos: July 9This week in photos: June 6th 2019This week in photos: May 31st 2019Post navigationUPDATED: Fire crews and airtankers respond to growing Westridge firesGlobal Thoughts: Brexit – No Turning Point Yet
