Passing through Valemount last Wednesday was this beautiful 34-foot fibreglass canoe, weighing over 600 lbs. It is bolted together in the middle, with a 5-foot beam, and can carry up to 14 paddlers. Sponsored by the Sustainable Living Leadership Program, a group of 10-12 paddlers is soon embarking on a 3-day trip from near Mt Robson to Cresent Spur. The group will be visiting the Upper Goat on Thursday, July 23rd to help with some trail brushing
