It’s a damned sad state of affairs when anywhere in Canada, the availability of health care comes down to whether or not the need is life threatening and quality of life or personal dignity plays no part.
Boo to the bean-counting scrooge who signed off on this miserable decision. It needs to be repealed immediately.
