Eight writers read their work at an event organized by the Valemount Public Library May 9th. After the readings, the audience had a chance to converse with the writers. The writers included (above left to right) Donalda Beeson, Jayme Duerksen, Miwa Hiroe, Elizabeth Gillott, Dianne St. Jean, (and missing from photo) Maureen Brownlee, Sharon Stearns and Laura Keil.
