The Community Forest logging along 5-Mile road has opened up some spectacular views of the Valley. In addition to logging, the Community Forest is partnering with recreation users to upgrade the road. Its condition right now is not suitable for small vehicles, only ones with high clearance and 4×4 transmission. The logging will wrap up by the end of summer.
