Lukas Kozakiewicz, Duncan Bennewith, Austin Funk and Cameren Mackenzie insisted that the water in Swift Creek was warm last week as they took advantage of the hot September weather. They have been coming to the swimming hole just above the weir several times a week during the late summer heat wave. There were no spawning salmon anymore in the area where they were swimming.
